How is the correct replacement, installation of the front arm silentblock carried out? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
This silent block has a characteristic feature that must be taken into account when installing on a car. In order to avoid mistakes, we put a special marking on it during the production of this product. There is an inscription “FRONT” on one side of the inner sleeve of the silent block.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
The sequence of actions when replacing the silent block: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Remove the worn out silent block. To do this, place the car on a jack or, best of all, hang it on a lift. In this case, after removing the front wheels, you will have access to all replaceable parts and it will become more convenient to repair the suspension. <\/li>
Remove the wheel, disconnect the ball joint from the steering knuckle. Next, unscrew the bolts securing the lever to the body. Remove the lever. Using a special tool, remove the old silent block from the bracket.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Press the new silent block into the bracket. Please note that the silent blocks 2-06-4912 and 7-06-1341 must be pressed into the bracket in such a way that upon further pressing on the bracket assembly itself onto the lever, the inscription would be directed towards the lever body, i.e. to the front in the direction of travel.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Press the bracket onto the suspension arm. Put the lever in place, tighten the nuts on the bolts, install the wheels and lower the car from the lift or jack. Make the final tightening of the front arm bushing after your car is on the surface, under load (under the weight of the car).<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
